DESCRIPTION:The Windows and Walls 3 day class is aimed towards graphic designers who want to build accurate\, photo realistic templates for storefronts\, rough walls\, windows and interior walls. \nUsing photos and measurements\, techniques are learned to build layered and scaled templates of windows and walls to make designs that are equally accurate for proofing\, file prep/production and installation purposes. This can result in easier client visualization\, less revisions and faster approvals\, as well as a more efficient design-to-production/ file prep workflow. \nWe also review common tools\, respective hotkey shortcuts and modifier keys to improve efficiency in workflows. \n\nStudents explore the benefits of a tandem workflow using both Photoshop and Illustrator to achieve the best results for the design.\nTechniques are learned to ‘stitch’ together multiple photos for extended suites or storefronts that have multiple window banks.\nCreative briefs are discussed\, why they are needed and how they can help to avoid unnecessary revisions.\n\nClass registration/ticket purchases are non-refundable. \nClass time- 8:00 am- 3:30 pm
